Where do I get the reimbursement form?


Go to http://www.natca.org and reference the members only site and then go to forms. Make certain you complete all part of the form and that you print legibly in order to expedite your refund.

Why do we receive reimbursements?

Simply put, if dues withheld is higher than pay bands in the “green book” there may be a refund or reimbursement forthcoming for an individual NATCA member.

How do I know if I am eligible?

Reimbursements are based upon whether or not a member salary is below the pay band minimum in the green book for your facility. If you think it is below the pay band minimum, you should go ahead and submit the form. HOWEVER, YOU MUST BE A MEMBER IN GOOD STANDING to be eligible as well.

I have submitted a form but did not receive reimbursement?

If you submit the reimbursement form but it is determined your salary is above the pay band minimum, you will not be receiving any reimbursement.

Will I be reimbursed retroactively?

Right now, if you submit a form by July 11, your reimbursement will be retroactive to any dues payments made on or after April 1.

When can I expect to be reimbursed?

Once the application is received via fax, e-mail or mail, the process begins immediately you will receive e-mail notification and within 6 weeks at the end of the quarter you should expect the first reimbursement.

How do I receive payment?

It is automatically placed in your bank account based on the information you provide on your reimbursement form.

How do I know if you received my reimbursement application form?

You will receive a prompt e-mail response indicating its receipt.

What is the correct fax # should I decide to fax in my reimbursement form?

It is 202-628-9558. You can find the reimbursement form on the www.NATCA.org site via “Members Only” and “Forms”

I have submitted a form and did not receive a reimbursement.

Reimbursements are made only if your salary is below the pay band minimum.

What if I don’t really want the reimbursement of the dues overpayment?

You have the option not to participate. You need only check the appropriate box on the reimbursement form. All monies not reimbursed to members will be marked for use as part of the NATCA general fund.
